Ensō pre-summer retreat

MORE OF EVERYTHING! Invitation to spend 48 hours with Ensō People on Stevns, it’s everything we love: Kihon, conditioning, hugging, massaging, fighting, dancing, writing, meditating, kata-ing, cooking over bonfire-ing, and many other -ing things. It will be on 7-9th June on Stevns near Store Heddinge. Senpai Tobias’ brother Olmo has a nice little naturgrund with lots of space for what we love and it is here we will stay. The retreat is organized by Amalie and Tobias and the host and head chef will be Olmo. We will sleep in tents, forget our phone, connect, cook together, ride together and live sweet but primitively. We will pay 1100 DKK including everything. Prepare to immerse, relax, loud kiai’s, silent sessions, intense pressure, push beyond and get in 10+ hours of karate in just 48 hours.
